แม่สรวย อยู่ในจังหวัดเชียงราย ทางภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย “เชียงราย” เชียงรายเป็นแหล่งผลิตกาแฟที่มีชื่อเสียงติดอันดับต้นๆ ของเชียงใหม่ ในภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย "Catimor" ปลูกในระดับความสูง มากกว่า 1,200 เมตร และได้รับการแปรรูปอย่างพิถีพิถันโดย ฟาร์ม อาข่า  มีความเปรี้ยวอ่อน ๆ ช็อคโกแลตโกโก้หอม รสสัมผัสที่นุ่มนวลและคงที่สมดุลดี ระดับการคั่วที่แนะนำ  City Roast หรือ Full City Roast ซึ่งคุณจะสัมผัสได้ถึงรสชาติที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์
 
コーヒーの生産地として有名なチェンライ県。メースワイ地区のアカ族の農園が栽培するカティモール種は、風味が劣る欠点を高標高(海抜1,200ｍ以上)での栽培と丁寧に生産処理する事で補い、豆の個性が味わえる美味しい豆に仕上がっています。チョコレートやナッツのような甘い香り、爽やかな酸味に十分なコクを味わえます。独特の深味感に重きを置いたシティロースト、フルシティローストでの焙煎がおすすめです。

"Catimor" is grown at high altitude (over 1,200m) and carefully processed by Akha farm. It's characteristic of light acidity, chocolate, cocoa fragrant, smooth & steady aftertaste, well balance. We recommend roasting with City Roast or Full City Roast, where you can feel the unique full flavour.
